Transformation Tuesday: Standing Desk
This is a table that has been changed many times. It was an old table that my parents had, my brother and I turned it into a coffee table that we could write on in high school. It was then a chalk table and now my desk for work.
Here it is as a chalk table.
My fiance helped me make this into a a desk that I could stand and work. He made new legs by
I used wood filler to make the seams nicer looking, like it was one leg.
Next I needed to get all of the old paint off. The easiest way was to use a pa…… then scraped most of it off.
Sanding it didnt take long after I scrapped it and it was starting to look awesome! With a couple coats of natural stain and two coats of laquor the table was done!
